Meet the Founder

Ayina Sumani

I started this initiative for one simple reason: as a woman, my ultimate goal is to see other women succeed at the absolute highest levels. Brilliance and ambition are already abundant in Ghana, but the pipeline to executive power is broken. I want to build that infrastructure.

I am currently operating at the exact intersection of Political Science and Business Administration, while actively training in digital operations so I can personally oversee our STEM curriculum. Building this from the U.S. allows me to tap into powerful diaspora networks and bring world-class resources back home.

My vision isn't just to teach skills—it is to build the exact pipeline I know we need so that capable Ghanaian women can take their rightful seats in the boardroom, the tech lab, and the supreme court.
